Tune into Q13 Fox News this Morning at 8:15 to see me make these crafts with Kaci!
The kids are home for one more week – and some are home for more than that – what on earth are you going to do with them? I have three easy ideas that you can do together to make the days memorable, not just long.
Click here for the instructions for making your own Photo Finger Puppets. These finger puppets are fun to make with your kids. Let them choose the photos and help you iron them on (watch hot irons!). Then let them play with them while you have a few moments to yourself.
Click here for the instructions for making Personalized Cocoa Mugs. Then click here for the marshmallow recipe. Start the morning by making marshmallows. While they set up, paint the mugs together. Let the mugs cook and cool, then you’ll be ready to melt shredded chocolate into warm milk in time for afternoon snacks.
Click here for the instructions for making Egg Carton Tulips. Older kids can make gobs and gobs of these on their own. A bouquet of them would be charming on the table at New Year’s Eve so start eating eggs.
Enjoy the week with your kids!
