3 ways adults eat marshmallows
It’s the official end of summer in our house - school starts tomorrow. So naturally I have all kinds of ideas on how to celebrate the end of the year and the start of something new!
We often do s’mores at the end of summer because we’ve been doing them all summer long and it feels like a great way to cap off the summer season. I’ve been making these awesome S’mores Cookies for years but this year I thought I’d do a little s’mores extravaganza with everything s’mores!
Also, I love a good s’more but also, it’s too much sometimes. It’s gooey and complicated to make - I usually end up remaking a marshmallow because I need it to be right. So making something ahead of time that’s s’mores related but doesn’t require me to sit next to a fire, it’s a huge win.
S’mores Cookies
Decadent and delicious - just like a s’more, but way easier to eat, serve and have on a platter.
S’mores Bark
Costco makes a version of this you can buy on the shelf. But making your own means better chocolate and the ratio can be customized. It’s so easy.
